Passionate about inspiring families across the country to be more ambitious and creative in their kitchens, Justine brings an infectious energy and hint of French flair to everything she does. Her career is built on a love of all things food, travel and adventure.

Justine's TV show 'Everyday Gourmet' on Network 10 has notched up over 600 episodes and is entering its seventh season, and her regular column in magazine has attracted a loyal following. Eight years on from her MasterChef success, Justine is also a presenter at Australia's major food events and a successful cookbook author. She's an ambassador for major international brands and tourism destinations and has a popular social media presence. Her mantra for life? “Great ingredients, an appetite to learn, friends and family around to share the spoils, and always, always lick the bowl"!


Justine’s passion to inspire others to live and eat well extends beyond the realm of her kitchen.

The many charities and events she has supported include: Tour De Cure, Camp Quality, the Leukaemia Foundation, the Make-A-Wish foundation, The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Jamie’s Ministry of Food Australia Flood Relief Programme, SunSCHine, and the Oz Harvest & Qantas CEO cook-off, raising funds for the needy.

Justine also travels the country to run food demonstrations for many culinary festivals, events and appearances.

Justine is the author of successful Australian cookbook ‘Dinner with Justine’, which is currently on sale online and in selected bookshops. She has just finished writing her second cookbook, set to launch mid-2017.

'Everyday Gourmet' has been aired on Channel Ten since 2011, with 90 episodes per year. Season 7 is due to commence filming in February. Justine’s knack for simplifying classic dishes enables viewers to become confident in the kitchen and expand their recipe repertoire to include wholesome and delicious meals that are achievable in their homes, everyday. The fresh new season will air at 4PM, starting in April.
